Founded in 1718, the Vienna Porcelain Manufactory Augarten is the second oldest porcelain manufactory in Europe. Today, just as then, the Augarten porcelain is made and painted by hand. Thus each item is a unique, one-off piece. Forms and decorations have been created since the existence of the manufactory in collaboration with renowned artists. The manufactory engages with contemporary taste with modern forms and minimal decoration. Young designers are integrated actively into the development. The production of the Vienna Porcelain Manufactory Augarten in the heart of Vienna is oriented on ecology and sustainability, creates lasting values and at the same time preserves a tradition of almost 300 years.
