Valentin Vodev

Valentin Vodev, born in Sofia, Bulgaria, completed studies at the Vienna University of Applied Arts and the Royal College of Art in London.

The thorough analysis of form and function plays an important part in his design. By joining innovation and applied product logic, Vodev creates design solutions for consumer goods, individual means of transport, furniture, and the public space.

Many of his products have been honoured with international prizes and exhibited at design shows and fairs throughout the world. Vodev has collaborated with the designer and architect Ron Arad and the British designer Sebastian Conran. He was also a curator for the Sofia Design Week 2011.
