UMPRUM – Akademie für Kunst, Architektur und Design in Prag

The UMPRUM Academy in Prague was founded in 1885 and has always ranked among the highest quality universities of the fine and applied arts, design architecture, and graphics. Today, the Czech breeding ground for talent has six faculties with 23 studios and a visual arts program for foreign students. The individual studios are subdivided according to subject and are directed by renowned personalities. Each year, UMPRUM mounts at least eight large-scale exhibitions in the Czech Republic and ten abroad.
