Superated + Labour of Wood

Since 2014 and under the name of SuperLabourRemixed, Peter Holzinger (Superated) and Sandra Knöbl (Labour of Wood) have been combining design and handicraft from two different sectors. While Knöbl’s studio Labour of Wood re-establishes custom-made furnishings, the label superated stands for design inspired by diversity off the beaten track of trends and fashion clichés. After successful presentations of his collections in Paris and Berlin, Holzinger founded the samstag shop-cum-studio. Sandra Knöbl’s works have been on show internationally, including in Will Alsop’s gallery Testbed 1 in London and in the 21er Haus in Vienna. The furniture collections of Labour of Wood belong to the permanent range of the samstag shop.
