Polestar is a Swedish manufacturer of premium electric performance vehicles founded by Volvo Cars and Geely Holding. The company, which is led by renowned car designer Thomas Ingenlath as CEO and whose design language is shaped by Graz native Maximilian Missoni as Head of Design, is committed to the shift towards sustainable mobility and has set itself the goal of developing a completely climate-neutral car by 2030. On the way there, design plays an essential role: Under the motto "sustainability starts at the drawing board," Polestar recognizes in design and creativity the driving forces for positive change and for an aesthetic that redefines "premium" through sustainable materials.
