Olga Flór

The Eindhoven-based artist and designer Olga Flór explores our surroundings by abstracting their essence. She treasures the tiny incidents in our daily lives and the way in which they create meaning and merge with our memories. Flór is driven by the possibility of demonstrating different ways of experiencing and perceiving our environment and, thus, enhancing our relationship with objects and ideas. Her work places aspects of time, ennui, and contemplation at the heart of our materialistic society. Olga Flór expresses herself at every scale by composing and building intuitively with metal, textiles, sound, and a wealth of other materials.
