neunerhaus

neunerhaus enables the homeless and people without social security coverage to lead a self-
determined and dignified life with medical care, housing, and advice: In three residential
buildings and housing-first facilities that are located across Vienna, affected individuals find
a new home and comprehensive medical support thanks to the neunerhaus medical center
and its team of mobile doctors. Animals are also treated for free by its veterinary service.
In the neunerhaus Café, anyone can enjoy a healthy lunch from Monday to Friday in return
for a voluntary donation, while the neunerhaus Peer Campus trains (former) homeless
people as peers who can offer support to the homeless.
neunerhaus is supported by Fonds Soziales Wien and has a contract with the Österreichische
Gesundheitskasse. The residents make an important contribution by paying rent.
neunerhaus is also dependent upon donations.
