Moholy-Nagy Kunstuniversität

The spirit of the Moholy-Nagy University of Art and Design draws from its history of 130 years, from its continual drive to achieve innovation and openings to the outside world. Research, teaching and the creative process, the applied and autonomous aspects of artistic activity form an inseparable unity at the university. The structure of the MOME consists of design, architecture, media art and theory; its orientation is international, which applies both to the curriculum as well as the student body. Its trinomial educational system (Bachelor and Master of Arts and Doctor of Philosophy studies), its horizontally organised laboratories and integrative, interdisciplinary works offer optimal conditions for its students. The goal of the MOME, besides its defining status on the Hungarian design scene, is also to offer the highest-standard, English-language education in the Central European region.
