Korea Kulturzentrum

Vienna’s Korean Cultural Center was opened in May 2023 and emerged from the Cultural Department of the Embassy of the Republic of Korea. The role of the Cultural Center is to promote friendship and understanding between Korea and Austria through cultural and educational activities. It contributes to making traditional and modern art and culture more accessible to a broader Austrian audience. The Korean Cultural Center is located at Kärntner Straße 43 in the heart of Vienna. Its facilities include a gallery, classrooms for language teaching, a library, and a space for musical performances and readings. The team of the Korean Cultural Center works constantly on the development of cultural projects and the expansion of the center’s program of courses and events.
