HABARI

HABARI was founded in 1997 by Lore Sander & Werner Pilz as a platform for non-European living design. Today they present high-quality design and a solid tradition of craftsmanship on an area of 700 m2. For HABARI, it becomes especially interesting when the two follow up old artisan traditions and encounter people who use these crafts in a contemporary manner and have an interest in a long-term improvement in conditions. Africa is especially prominent, as are Europe and Latin America. The business has an own textile library containing woven fabrics, printed fabrics and painted fabrics, often produced with unique techniques. Most fabrics are available by the metre at HABARI. Jewellery and ceramics form the other cornerstone of the product range.
