Frauendomäne – Datenbank für Expert*innen

Frauendomäne is the first publicly accessible database for Austrian women’s expertise that is free of charge and covers all specialist areas. Its objectives are to enable women to present their professional expertise and to make it as easy as possible for organizers and companies to put together gender-balanced and diverse panels, seminars, teams, management teams, and roundtable discussions. The lack of visibility of women in a professional context is the result of a systemic problem that affects society as a whole. Hence, our task is to realign this professional context with women’s realities rather than vice versa.
