EIGENSINN

Sigrid Mayer is an architect, systemic coach, marketing specialist and a lecturer in transformation design at FH JOANNEUM in Graz. She is the Founder and Managing Director of EIGENSINN, a management consultancy that focuses on the areas of corporate identity, transformation design, and the future of work. Under the motto “Making room for change”, she accompanies organizations through spatial transformation processes. Her role as a mentor for young leaders offers Mayer the opportunity to pass on her many years’ experience of management and change processes.

The initiator of the project MY MEIDLING – THE PARTICIPATIVE CLIMATE-NEIGHBORHOOD PROJECT is a resident and active user of the area around Meidlinger Markt. The corona lockdown sharpened her awareness of the needs of locals and inspired her to launch the initiative.
