designforum Wien

Design deserves attention, and a place where creative achievements can be presented and discussed. This is the conviction of the Austrian Designstiftung and designaustria, the association of Austrian designers. For this reason, they joined forces in 2006 to found the designforum Wien in the Vienna MuseumsQuartier. It sees itself as a competence, service, and liaison center, in which one thinks out loud about design, its functions, and its value and where an exchange between politicians, business people, members of the creative industries, and a public with an affinity for design is promoted.
