Auf´strich

We are an architectural collective that occupies niches. We are neither pompous nor loud, we see grace in aesthetic simplicity. We want to carry it with us and in us and to apply it to our projects as a means of refining them, in the same way that the Aufstrich – the pâté – refines the bread. We are principally architects. Our responsibility is to plan, shape, and create appropriate spaces. We see this field of activity as a very broad one. We have an open ear for everything, and believe that everything (good) can always be realized. If someone comes to us with an idea or a problem, we first and most importantly listen, advise, find solutions, network, and, wherever possible, help. In this way we want to be generators, springboards for good ideas, so that clever thoughts can be transformed into effective actions.
