The world of the VJ duo LUMA.LAUNISCH, alias Astrid Steiner and Florian Tanzer, is in no need of words. The combination of real image and abstract leads to new associations. The camera is shooting vibrant moments in megacities, impressions of nature, objects and men combined with graphical elements,... all that lightened up in front of musical echo and rhythm.

Since already seven years KEN HAYAKAWA, born 1982 in Salzburg, is not only busy with his frequent DJ gigs in Vienna, but also with producing. While early productions stood under the influence of 'atmospheric spirit', the trend now goes to 'clubfloor'. First releases with 'Vektion Musik', 'Frosty Minimal', 'FLEXschallplatten', 'Flash' are to be continued...

KEN HAYAKAWA & LUMA.LAUNISCH like mixing the world upside down. Inspired by Cyrus Teed's concept of the Hollow Earth theory and Franz Werfel's utopian fantasy, they created their live-show 'INNENWELTKOSMOS' with a reversed reality. Perceive, absorb, evolve – everything with a multidimensional stage show of music and projections.

Djane JOJA (Johanna Mayr-Keber) is a student of architecture in vienna and started her music career already some years ago. Since two years she has her own, weekly radioshow on 98.3 superfly.fm. For Joja music is like an international and transboundary language, what she expresses perfactly with her diversity of styles: from dubstep and future fantasy metal to (tech-)house, Hip Hop and dessen roots…

Berlin-based, Swiss-born QUARION (aka Ianeq) started his musiccareer with HipHop MC samples and created eclectic techno-house tracks under the synonym Enterplay. At the moment he's busy with renewing and mixing already influential house and techno-tracks.

GEORGE FITZGERALD first came to prominence with his “Don’t You” cut on Scuba’s Sub:stance mix. Fast-forward a year and he had his first release on Hotflush. Effortlessly fusing garage & house-warmed melodies with clipped 2-step patterns and big bottom ends, he is one of the finest young producers to emerge in the UK bass music scene in recent times.

The VJ collective #WEMAKEVISUALS was founded in 2007 by gaffaa and keinponny in Burgenland/ Austria. They are working with highly diverse genres, from club and cyberpunk to anarchy. #wemakevisuals describe their work as clear minimal graphics with political influences.

Established as a classical design studio in 2005 by Michael Zagorski and Markus Raffelsberger, VALENCE very soon turned into one of the most popular VJ Teams in Austria. Valence generates with fantastic, hybrid mixes, analogue and digital technics highly contrasty visual storylines.
