AN URBAN LEGEND TO BE is an artistic research project by the klub für echtes und erdachtes (klee), the club for the real and the imagined. klee investigates new playful and performative methods of urban and spatial exploration as well as the potential of fiction as a link between realities, temporalities, and people. As part of the format Stadtarbeit, the team from klee is inviting festival visitors to become an active part of their methods and to create new narratives together. With four different performative urban explorations and story creation workshops in the Focus District Landstraße, the project offers opportunities to jointly experience and think further about urban myths. AN URBAN LEGEND TO BE is aimed at all those who would like to question their own perspective on the urban context.

The project is part of the Stadtarbeit format, which is realised with the support of Vermehrt Schönes! - the sponsoring programme of Erste Bank, and was awarded the tenth Erste Bank Social Design Prize. The award ceremony will take place on 26. September at 5pm at the festival headquarters.
