Whereas the focus in the production of chandeliers is usually on the suspended object, here it is all about a much more inconspicuous element that all too often remains hidden: the hook.

Starting from the steel profiles that are bent in shape by the craftspeople of Bakalowits to form the metal structures of their chandeliers, Anna Zimmermann has designed a series of hooks.

EDITION #3 was designed and manufactured by Anna Zimmermann in collaboration with Bakalowits on behalf of Design Everyday and the VIENNA DESIGN WEEK.

Due to the production process, each of the objects handcrafted in Vienna is unique. The series is limited to 25 pieces.
