How would it be if we could touch the invisible? Fascinated by this idea, the designer Miki Martinek and photographer Rita Newman are initiating an artistic research process during the VIENNA DESIGN WEEK that manifests the unseen resonance in concrete aesthetic objects: They use physical frequency photography and design metamorphoses to transform invisible resonances into images and the vibrations of interested visitors into their own personal signature vibes. One of the results of this extraordinary process is the series of canvases “Blue Drops”. Talks with Miki Martinek and Rita Newman are taking place every day of the festival at 5pm in the Festival Headquarters in the GEWÖLBE.
