As a designer and artistic metalworker, Laurenz Kyral spends every day working with light in a wide range of forms – from the glow of candles, light bulbs, and LED lamps via natural light to indirect light, which is brought to the fore by reflection. The presentation METALLIC GAMES WITH LIGHT displays a number of works that have emerged from the combination of the many possibilities offered by light with the qualities of Kyral’s two metalworking specialties – shaping sheet metal and working with light – and his design approach.
