G . F Smith’s Colorplan range of fine paper, which was launched in 1936 and now has 55 colors, is one of the most popular worldwide. In 2017, G . F Smith also launched the World’s Favourite Colour Project, which is perhaps the largest study ever carried out into this subject. The results of the study have now been analyzed, in cooperation with Anna Franklin, a professor at the University of Sussex, and summarized as the Colour Report. In this talk, G . F Smith and its local distribution partner MAY+SPIES will present this report in the designforum Wien, together with four new Colorplan colors, which are the first to be defined by crowdsourcing. Admission to the talk is free but registration is mandatory.
