The objective of the designer Andrey Budko is to use the pieces to address aspects of technological change and cultural heritage in the modern world. Budko's ornaments are all semantically charged and promise wearers such benefits as new abilities or characteristics: Attractiveness! Freedom! Courage! The basic material of the carpets is a non-woven fabric made entirely of wool. The patterns are embroidered with ceramic yarn at a density of around a million stitches per carpet.
