Really extraordinary: This themed walk is dedicated to the architectural characteristics, history, and special topography of this year’s Focus District Mariahilf. It starts with a real highlight: with the studio visit of the architectural office GERNER GERNER PLUS. in the longest and most important passage between Mariahilfer Straße and Schmalzhofgasse. The participants then stroll via Loquaiplatz to the Linke Wienzeile with its many architectural gems. The walk ends with a short tour of the Festival Headquarters in the GASSE (Esterházygasse 22).

The tour will include buildings from Friedrich Achleitner’s architecture guide, enhanced by current examples.
