25.9.–4.10.2020
Marlene Kager, Maris Nisu, Maximilian Prag, and Pauline Jocher (Graphic Design class) developed the subject of the AI-NIMALS for the latest edition of the Angewandte Festival in alternate.mode. The computer-generated, morphing animals now found a new habitat in the Virtual Festival Headquarters of VIENNA DESIGN WEEK – a habitat that was also filled with sound from Chris Izsák. Visitors were invited to observe the creatures in their new digital environment and to approach them virtually – because: The AI-NIMALS don’t bite.
