A WINDOW ON THE WORLD

28.9.2018, 6.30pm

In times like these, it seems more important than ever to take a stand and support dialogue. No sooner said than done! Together with the design professor Lauren Boulay, who didn’t miss the opportunity to present the project at the festival herself, the jewelry workshop SKREIN* launched a shop-window project that treated it as a window to a better world. Beginning with hashtags such as #unity or #eurogration, the Parisian interior designer realized a visual statement for Vienna’s center intended as the start of an international design partnership in the coming year. “A border-crossing European project that moves, touches, and encourages fighting for a better world” was the statement in the Festival Guide 2018. Mission accomplie, one could say with confidence.
