TISCHLEIN DECK DICH
Alexandra Trofin, Farkas Pataki
29.9.–8.10.2017
The goal of social design is to sketch a social framework that encourages a new type of community cooperation. Of course, the process involved can also appeal to the palate, which was shown by the TISCHLEIN DECK DICH project, a ramble through the Focus District, a tour of the varied culinary realm intended to show both cultural differences and commonalities relating to eating together, all in a particularly sociable ambiance. The project and its mobile table was set up at a number of festival locations and both refugees and locals were invited to take part in workshops and interventions that will broaden horizons.
