Vienna revisited? For the exhibition in the Kunsthalle Wien, Dutch native Ineke Hans developed new hybrid works that thematize Vienna as a site for design and production on the one hand, and on the other point out new ways to develop and distribute design. Similarly to Adolf Loos, Hans questions things, examines the changing ratio of work and personal life and the influence of digitalization and urbanization on our lives, and outlines design solutions for contemporary life and work. This provided plenty of material for panel discussions with renowned participants Bart Lootsma, Oliver Stratford, Deyan Sudjic, Lilli Hollein, and Nicolaus Schafhausen.
