A simple wireless studio microphone with an integrated audio recorder and a connected app, an impressive mobile crushing and sieving plant in bright orange, a suitably staged hiking trail with a memorial, a faucet with an integrated water meter, a spatial augmented reality application, and a total exercise machine for climbers. On September 27, 2017, the Federal Ministry of Science, Research and Economy once again honored the best, most creative and most innovative Austrian design solutions with the State Prize for Design. The exhibition in Vienna’s designforum presented the objects and concepts that received the biennial award.
