Oh THAT Place positioned itself with its project TRANSMIGRATION on Diehlgasse as a temporary social design hub, as a place of encounter and pivot of diverse grassroots movements. In a tightly packed program of daily talks,
workshops and guided tours the initiatives bockwerk, IntegRADsion, Vienna to go, Taste of Home, A Wiener, halal!, and BUNT gemischt organized a forum whose development was recorded in an exhibition that grew as things evolved. With happenings such as DIY workshop, photographic city trek, bike repair workshop, foodie presentation, DJ learning by doing course, bike tour, Koch-mittwoch, and more, the project thrust migration topics to the fore of concepts and activities, thus creating countless opportunities for knowledge and skill sharing.
