Werkstätte invited applications for the NWW Design Award and accordingly
requested new designs for furniture and upholstered furniture. The biennial prize
distinguished creative solutions for guestrooms and interior furnishing. A special
show revolving around the award – for instance with the winning hospitality project of 2012, a mobile cooking unit from chmara.rosinke – was the kick-off for the third edition of the NWW Design Award.
