First work then play. With this motto – perhaps not meant so seriously – industrial design luminary Clemens Weisshaar and critic Marcus Fairs (Dezeen) got together in a fascinating ewoTalk and then rounded off the evening in
swinging style with a cocktail in the inner courtyard of the Festival Headquarters. The talk was just as swinging, dealing with the change in society and industry and the networking of machines, factories, and logistics chains, also revealing in aptly placed anecdotes the potentials this releases for design. The credit for work and play went to the South Tyrolean family enterprise ewo, which works on
innovative lighting solutions and arranges meetings like this one.
