Bright and lively (veselý!) was the view given here of the dynamic design landscape in Slovakia. The group exhibition showed objects by 22 ambitious designers and two studios and represented a cross-section of the great range on the Slovakian scene.
We would probably describe the show in terms of music as allegro. Because the designers’ virtuosity was inimitably bright and lively, expressed in a creative range and in objects made of various materials. A dialogue transcending
countries and genres!
