Tour 3: VIENNA DESIGN WEEK goes Wieden and Margareten

Not only its immediate proximity to the Vienna University of Technology characterizes the unique flair of Wieden and Margareten –
besides countless design stores, bars and restaurants, the two neighboring districts boast a concentration of unusual business ideas as well as numerous cultural institutes, which spotlight the creative work of their countries. The tour starts on Argentinierstraße in the Romanian Cultural Institute, then makes its way from Wieden to Margareten and reaches its high point in the Festival Headquarters in the 10th district. The tour features not only the formats Laboratory and Debut, but also the guest country of the VIENNA DESIGN WEEK, this year France.
