March Gut (AT) cook at Karl Sterkl Fleischwaren

The Linz-based designers from MARCH GUT have done a project together with the Sterkl traditional butcher’s at the Vienna Brunnen Market. Now, shortly before the festival ends, they are inviting festival goers for one of their cooking sessions.

Starting from the „Brunnenviertler“ sausage, which is made without pork responding to the Muslim cultural surroundings at the Brunnen Market, they will serve several dishes of their own creation using kitchen furniture also from their own making in front of the Sterkl butcher shop. Come and try the VIENNA DESIGN WURST!
