Students worked with the SUDECO (Sustainable Design and Communication Strategies) module under the direction of Erwin K. Bauer, Harald Gründl, Anton Kottbauer, Beatrix Roidinger, Mark Wallerberger and Claudia Maria Walther with the task of designing luminaires made of a single material. The choice of material fell on aluminium. Light objects were created with the label Ecolucy with the objective of combining aluminium, light, sustainability and design.

As part of the exhibition, Harald Gründl (EOOS/IDRV) will give a lecture on Thursday 4 October 2012 at 6 pm named “Tools for the Design Revolution” in the Zumtobel Light Forum in Vienna.
